Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the organisation operating the 9jaya platform and all its services ("Company", "we", "us") and any person who uses our website or mobile version ("User", "you", "Member").

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the 9jaya platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. The Company may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Each user may open only one account. At the time of registration, you must confirm that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are opening the account in your own name — not on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious name.
• You will operate only one account; multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
• The phone number and email address you provide are active and belong to you.

2.3 Identity Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, the Company may request a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 9jaya will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.

• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

• Multiple individuals may not share a single account.
• You may not allow a third party to use your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved methods for depositing funds at 9jaya are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum amount for all deposits is ৳200.

• Deposits are credited to your account almost instantly.
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned in cases of suspicion.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the wagering conditions of all active bonuses have been met.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The Company reserves the right to review withdrawal requests for fraud-prevention purposes.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• There may be conditions requiring specific games to be played with bonus funds.
• Winnings from a bonus are withdrawable up to a specified maximum limit — this will be clearly stated in each offer.
• The Company reserves the right to modify bonus conditions or withdraw a promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the Company reserves the right to investigate and may cancel the bonus if necessary.

5.4 VIP Programme

The 9jaya VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%; Silver — up to 1.0%; Gold — up to 1.5%. Tier progression is determined based on ongoing gaming activity.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

9jaya follows a fair play policy. Our games are independently tested and powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which makes every outcome completely unbiased.

6.2 Sports Betting

All rules relating to betting on sports markets are governed by the Company's internal guidelines. In the event of a dispute regarding bet amounts or payouts, the Company's decision is final.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or displays an incorrect payout, the Company reserves the right to review the relevant records and make the appropriate correction. In such cases, server logs will be considered final over the displayed result.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual ("multi-accounting").
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Depositing into or facilitating withdrawals from another person's account.
• Using any software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Employing corrupt or fraudulent strategies against the platform.
• Attempting money laundering or handling funds from illegal sources.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other users.

Limitation of Liability
